A "Syndic" is an administrative body which represents the interests of the owners of all the flats in a building, collectively known as the "syndicat de copropriété". The role of the "Syndic" is to ensure the upkeep of the building and to organize meetings during which a vote is taken on any repairs, improvements etc, that are deemed necessary. The services of the "Syndic" are paid for by the owners of the flats.

We offer both rentals. You can check our weekly rentals on our website at this page. Agency fees are included in prices. But a 10% administration fee and a 5% daily tax will be charged on top of prices given.

Please contact us for long term rentals or check out here. Please note that the equivalent of one month will be charged as agency fee. Usually owners ask between one and two month as caution.
