Booking :
For any booking, a 30% deposit will be asked, payable by wire transfer or american express card. We do not guarantee any reservation without any prepayment.
Payment :
Balance has to be paid 60 days prior to arrival, except for Christmas holidays, when it must be paid 90 days before arrival date.
Cancellation :
Low and High season :
- more than 60 days prior to arrival : money will be refunded less a 20% fee
- between 60 and 15 days : a fee of 30% will be charged
- les than 15 days : no refund
Christmas period :
- More than 90 days prior to arrival : refund less 20% fee
- between 90 and 60 days : a fee of 30% will be charged
- less than 60 days : no refund
But the deposit can be held, under conditions, for another stay in the same villa, during the period before the coming winter. |
